Timers allow baristas to track the brew time of espresso. Dual PID provide consistent temperature in the separate steam and coffee boilers.

Linea PB AV

The Linea PB, designed by and named in recognition of Piero Bambi, introduced a new level of performance, reliability, and craftsmanship. The Linea PB features the iconic La Marzocco polished stainless steel body, updated with simplified lines and a lower profile, equipped with an exclusive, user friendly interface and software that gives the barista direct functional control over boiler temperature, brewing volume, hot water tap dose, auto-back flush as well as other options. The Linea PB's lower profile and increased work area also make it practical, without abandoning world renown Italian design.

GB5 -S

Classic Italian style and design meet cutting edge technology

With a history dating back to 2005, the second generation GB5 carries on the spirit of the GB5 line: a machine rooted in classical European design, coupled with cutting edge performance. The new GB5 S features a revamped visual identity which modernizes the machine without sacrificing the look, premium feel, or dynamic elegance. The two red lilies on the side shields recall the company's Florentine heritage while the front panel has been redesigned to increase group visibility.

Setting new standards in high volume cafe performance; striving to make great espresso faster, cleaner and easier.

The ultimate evolution of the Linea PB form. Designed specifically to increase speed of service in the highest volume cafes while easier for the barista thanks to an improved workflow. La Marzocco has redesigned the portafilter system to improve workflow efficiency and to reduce the wrist strain of the user. Efficiency is also increased thanks to Steam Flush: after each extraction, a burst of steam from the grouphead is followed by a flush of hot water, keeping the machine clean even in the busiest times. This innovative function minimizes off flavored buildup, and increases the time between having to clean the group. The KB90 allows for a new level of expression in machine design - the panels have been engineered so that a virtually infinite customization combination can be created.

Strada AV

With the reliability expected from time-tested La Marzocco equipment, the Strada AV delivers the most stable brewing platform thanks to its thermal stability system and individual coffee boilers. Performance Touch Steam Wands improve the machine's ergonomics, always remaining cool to the touch. Barista-friendly electronics make it easy to change settings, program the machine, update the firmware by USB and provide the user an enjoyable, comfortable and unique experience.
